it doesn't gets me pumped excited or prepared for the fight. because really I just find it a bad theme and it feels really repeatively looped. The soundtracks in here is just rather best be forgotten. The street fighter 2 tracks was smooth nicely composed and just all around pumped.
#STREET FIGHTER EX2 PLUS ALPHA SERIES#
The alpha series went to be a rather arranged version of the street fighter 2 soundtrack. In other games like street fighter 2 and even the Alpha series had a great composed soundtrack. pretty much just loses feel and doesn't sound great. now it feels he went all pitched up and the way his samples feel when he does tiger uppercut or tiger projectile etc. Sagat for example as where he had like a angry fierce sample in the classic street fighter 2 games.
as the standard actors even got more of a Japanese feel to the samples. however the actors or people doing the speech samples are not quite the same. along with your crunching smacking hit and kick sound effects.
have your usual crazy sound effects.such as your shroyuken hadoken hurricane kick. Graphics rating 9 Sound : usual street fighter variety. A bunch of boulders suddenly come out of the sky, and go landing on the ground causing a big burst. or use a custom combo attack.if that attack hits your opponent where he/she has zero health. one thing I always found awesome Is when you pull off like a special attack. They still look great though considering this was another 1st 3d game at the time. as some look like factories beaches and other types. there are quite a lot of stages and each 1 of them Have a great amount of detail. Stages and extra stuff: the stages are pretty much okay in my opinion. They rather have a more stable feel to the animations. and very true to the original street fighter 2. each characters animation is quite smooth accurate. however they don't feel quite juggling as the old street fighter 2 made it feel to me. their classic cartoonist feel to them They are again greatly detailed Animation: Most of the street fighter characters have their classic stances. So that part made me really get used to the feel of the game,as I've played detailed home ports and the arcade version of the original street fighter 2 here on vizzed. the counterparts characters look and move just like their original 2d. during each of the matches the characters start doing their starting pose such,as ryu setting up his headband. As I've mentioned before the Street fighter sprites went into 3d.,and I'll admit they look great here although they have gone into a 3d polygon statement. The reason for this is basically namco and their tekken franchise,As being 1 of the first 3d fighting games at the time like virtual fighter, and even Midways mortal combat franchise would eventually go to 3d. As the street fighter gang went to 3d polygons. capcom really needed to step up their game this time. Capcom saw the success of the game blast off and to keep it fresh.Capcom always made it like more speedy (Super Street fighter 2 turbo would be the main example I'm saying). A classic in 2d that would revolutionise all the other fighting games out their. game background/history The good old street fighter 2. So that's mainly what the plus part does to the original adds more features, characters and other stuff etc. Made it add more characters and stages for it. The plus part to the original street fighter ex 1 and 2. A follow up to the original Street fighter ex plus.yes there was original ex games, but Like capcoms original street fighter 2 They would make small or big tweaks to make the game better.
